Customer expressed concern with several key components of their existing driveway. They felt the grade was poor and otherwise the lines and shape was not aesthetic or functional for them.

We began the process by digging out all of the old asphalt material. Then we proceeded to advance the shape of the new footprint according to the customers conveyed expectations.

A few weeks after prepping, we return to pave. Letting the new sub-base have the time to settle is important for the longevity of your new driveway.
This exististing gravel driveway had a lot of great existing base, although we still excavated the existing base to ensure propper water drainage & grade.
To ensure a smooth paving process, we add a 3/4" reclaimed asphalt base to ensure the grade & durabilty of your driveway.
This is a finished driveway with all the proper asphalt thickness and compaction with an attention to every detail.
This fuel station had new pumps & tanks installed. We began by making cuts, removing asphalt sections & installing a 3/4'' reclaim sub-base.
This is all patched & now accessable to the public.
After the store closed we cleaned off the entire parking lot and filled all of the new joint seams and old cracks with hot rubber. To help with asphalt longevity & aesthetics we seal coated all of the older asphalt.

For a quality seal, cleaning of the substrate is very important.
Driveway sealcoating is recommended maintenance to be done every two to three years.
Lots of vegitation, poor base & grade. To start this project, we began measuring layout & painting lines to follow.
Notice the new line we are creating in conjuction with our discussion with the customer.
All cleared out, based in, compacted, painted out. Ready for asphalt.
Asphalt is machine laid through a leeboy 8510E on residential & commercial projects.
